Most recently, Planned Action carried out the extensive refurbishment of the 3rd Floor, which was completed in July 2011. Works include full design packages, feature glazed partitioning systems, creation of reception areas, meeting rooms and boardroom facilities, open-plan secretarial areas, seminar and conference facilities, full M&E infrastructure, feature ceiling works and flooring finishes and the supply and installation of office furniture. Client Comment Planned Action Limited was tasked with bringing our dated office space ranging over 5 floors into the 21st Century by providing an aesthetically pleasing, flexible and productive working environment. Planned Action was selected because of the exceptional professionalism that they have demonstrated to us during a 10 year relationship and their proven ability to deliver complex multifaceted refurbishment projects to the specification required, on time and within budgetary constraints. The work commenced in March 2007 and was completed in January 2009.Throughout the project Planned Action was considerate to the needs of our staff who remained in occupation of the building and kept disruption to an absolute minimum.
